KMB are an award-winning company of freight forwarders.
The directors, Kevin, Paul and Jamie invested in coaching to work with Geoff both as a group and individually.
Their collective goals included wanting to step up in their roles from being managers to directors. There was some learning and adopting ideas to influence mindset and positively change ways of managing their teams and their customers. They also set aggressive medium term growth targets for the business and new strategies to further improve conversion results.
Some of the changes required were, to begin with, outside of their personal comfort-zones and required that they learn new skills and change habits.
The business results year on year have continued to be phenomenal. They acquired new team members and moved to even larger premises.
